Contribute to projects that improve employee motivation, satisfaction, and work environment.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG Strong understanding of employment laws in Turkey and the East Mediterranean Experience in employee relations and supporting line managers Ability to work with HR data to support decisions Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment Coaching or people development experience
