    Christian Dior Couture operates several boutiques in Turkey, both in city centers and in resort locations. The Turkish market is managed by the CD Turkey Country Manager on behalf of Christian Dior Couture's Southern Europe Zone. This position reports directly to the CD Turkey Country Manager, with a functional report to the Southern Europe CD Operations Manager. The Turkey Country Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of operations, staff, merchandise, and customer service in the Turkish boutiques. The Turkey Country Operations Manager is also responsible for maintaining and achieving operational and merchandising standards and goals, and for developing the Turkish Operations Team in collaboration with the CD Turkey Country Manager and the Boutique Managements. In this context, the Turkey Country Operations Manager will participate in the development and growth of the subsidiary. The local Turkish Head Office is located in Istanbul. Inventory and Stock Management: Manage, facilitate, and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle counts. Validate stock adjustments. Investigate with Head Office on any discrepancies in receptions or stock transfers. Manage “End of Life” product cycle. Oversee the Turkey “After Sales” program. Follow-up repairs of defective or damaged goods, from store stock or from after-sales. Organize local Family Sales. Policies & Procedures: Ensure store compliance to policies and processes and drive operational excellence through audits & action plans. Understand, abide by and enforce all operational policies and procedures as dictated by Retail Handbook Procedures, the human resources guide and other related material. Train newcomers to Dior retail procedures, stock management procedures and cash desk operations. Prepare Monthly Internal Control reports. Be project leader for all «back-office» tool evolution/roll-out & support the Digital evolution on retail special projects roll-out. Store Facility: Ensure maintenance and overall upkeep of the store and local Head Offices. Manage the boutiques and offices facilities: cleaning, repair & maintenance, security. Serve as direct liaison between all sub-contractors and vendors to verify that corporate standards of store and offices are always met. Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are always met. Logistics: Oversee all processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments. Follow-up of deliveries with freight forwarder and customs broker. Coordination with accounting back office, follow-up of KPI’s. Accounting and financials Pre-check store invoices, and any required documentation according to the internal Purchase procedure. Follow-up sales reconciliation between Dior System, and E-invoice/E-archive portals. Be responsible for Turkey expense control (monthly P&L analysis). Follow-up anti-money laundering compliance. Verify cash vs sales reconciliations. Coordinate with Finance Manager and Head Office regarding insurance matters (product damage, business interruption, civil liability, other HR insurances). Annual external audit: reply to any queries from auditors, together with CD Turkey Country Manager. Legal and Administrative Follow-up contract expiry and renewals. Follow-up HR administrative aspects, to be shared with HR Manager and accounting back office: time schedules, overtime, absence/leaves, staff commissions. Comply with legal/administrative declarations needed in current or future stores. Coordinate with Dior Legal Department and local advisors. Store opening Coordinate with Dior Architecture Department and local suppliers in any store opening/renovation project, including seasonal projects. Follow-up related administrative aspects.

    Area Visual Merchandiser is responsible for implementing and maintaining the VM global strategy in Turkey. Area VM is the point of reference for the VM in-store, supporting, guiding and training them to achieve their objectives. The position directly reports in terms of functions to the Zone VM Manager and hierarchically to their base boutique Store Manager. Image Ensure the Maison image standards are well implemented in all the boutiques in the area. Oversee the in-store client experience guaranteeing good lighting, music, videos and decoration elements on a day-to-day basis. Planning & Operations Manage store windows set-ups and collection launches in all the boutiques in the area to be in line with the VM and Merchandising Calendar. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Retail, Operations, Merchandising and Marketing/Events) to ensure VM high-level execution. Collaborate with external suppliers ensuring the brand standards expectations. Coordinate the in-store VMs in the area for all the daily VM activities. Manage the VM props organization and inventories for all the boutiques in the area ensuring the good condition of these materials and informing any possible needs to the Zone VM Manager. Communication Provide qualitative feedback based on the central VM guidelines to the in-store VMs after any set-up. Use Photo-reporting as the main communication channel. Ensuring high-quality photos, respecting the timing and implementing any changes if needed after feedback. Be the link between the boutiques Retail Teams and the Zone VM Manager. Business perspective Plan product rotations in accordance with each boutique needs to maximize the sales, always ensuring alignment with central guidelines. Be familiar with the performance of the boutiques in the area, monitoring closely the sell-through per collection and universe. Training Provide continuous training to the VMs in the related area following the inputs and the updates coming from central VM department. Work on a plan to ensure the engagement of the Retail Teams on the day-to-day image standards maintenance.
