    Christian Dior Couture operates several boutiques in Turkey, both in city centers and in resort locations. The Turkish market is managed by the CD Turkey Country Manager on behalf of Christian Dior Couture's Southern Europe Zone. This position reports directly to the CD Turkey Country Manager, with a functional report to the Southern Europe CD Operations Manager. The Turkey Country Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of operations, staff, merchandise, and customer service in the Turkish boutiques. The Turkey Country Operations Manager is also responsible for maintaining and achieving operational and merchandising standards and goals, and for developing the Turkish Operations Team in collaboration with the CD Turkey Country Manager and the Boutique Managements. In this context, the Turkey Country Operations Manager will participate in the development and growth of the subsidiary. The local Turkish Head Office is located in Istanbul. Inventory and Stock Management: Manage, facilitate, and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle counts. Validate stock adjustments. Investigate with Head Office on any discrepancies in receptions or stock transfers. Manage “End of Life” product cycle. Oversee the Turkey “After Sales” program. Follow-up repairs of defective or damaged goods, from store stock or from after-sales. Organize local Family Sales. Policies & Procedures: Ensure store compliance to policies and processes and drive operational excellence through audits & action plans. Understand, abide by and enforce all operational policies and procedures as dictated by Retail Handbook Procedures, the human resources guide and other related material. Train newcomers to Dior retail procedures, stock management procedures and cash desk operations. Prepare Monthly Internal Control reports. Be project leader for all «back-office» tool evolution/roll-out & support the Digital evolution on retail special projects roll-out. Store Facility: Ensure maintenance and overall upkeep of the store and local Head Offices. Manage the boutiques and offices facilities: cleaning, repair & maintenance, security. Serve as direct liaison between all sub-contractors and vendors to verify that corporate standards of store and offices are always met. Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are always met. Logistics: Oversee all processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments. Follow-up of deliveries with freight forwarder and customs broker. Coordination with accounting back office, follow-up of KPI’s. Accounting and financials Pre-check store invoices, and any required documentation according to the internal Purchase procedure. Follow-up sales reconciliation between Dior System, and E-invoice/E-archive portals. Be responsible for Turkey expense control (monthly P&L analysis). Follow-up anti-money laundering compliance. Verify cash vs sales reconciliations. Coordinate with Finance Manager and Head Office regarding insurance matters (product damage, business interruption, civil liability, other HR insurances). Annual external audit: reply to any queries from auditors, together with CD Turkey Country Manager. Legal and Administrative Follow-up contract expiry and renewals. Follow-up HR administrative aspects, to be shared with HR Manager and accounting back office: time schedules, overtime, absence/leaves, staff commissions. Comply with legal/administrative declarations needed in current or future stores. Coordinate with Dior Legal Department and local advisors. Store opening Coordinate with Dior Architecture Department and local suppliers in any store opening/renovation project, including seasonal projects. Follow-up related administrative aspects.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Post sales client service: Provide superior client service for all post sales service. Ensure repair/engraving orders are entered, monitored, and completed in a timely manner, entering, and communicating estimates when needed. Assist management in the visual presentation of merchandise by conducting scheduled cleaning and inspection of store inventory. Sales and client support: Assist on the sales floor as needed while providing the Tiffany Experience. Partner with the sales team by processing merchandise orders in line with procedure. Assist with the planning and coordinating of store events. Partner with Marketing by processing Marketing specific merchandise requests like press shooting requests, etc. Administration: Manage all store supplies including sundries, packaging, and hospitality. Daily tracking of necessary invoice approvals, verification of daily inventory reports Function as the liaison with facilities and IT, follow up on audit issues and manage record retention. Perform daily cashier functions including accounts payable and cash related functions. Act as Security and Health & Safety liaison for the store. Assist in the maintenance and implementation of operational support systems e.g., Inventory systems, suppliers ordering, etc. Requested Qualifications: 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping. Analytical skills preferred. Microsoft Word and Excel, IT knowledge. Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Organized and detail oriented. Ability to work well with clients, peers, and management. Ability to understand and adhere to Tiffany & Co. standards. Ability to manage project works and to meet deadlines. Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs. Turkish and English speaking abilities are mandatory, a third language is an appreciated plus. #LI-SM1
