- Create and implement an
annual joint business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial
agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail
opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.,
- Monitor the accounts'
performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when
- Achieve monthly sales
target, sharing joint business plan with accounts and business development
meetings with field team to implement activities that will increase our
visibility and our sales,


- 4 years' university degree,
preferably in Business and Commercial departments,
- Minimum 3 years of sales
experience gained in multinational FMCG companies,
- Strong analytical, problem
solving and negotiation skills,
- 360° account management, team
management and P&L account management experience,WHAT COULD
