What You'll Need To Succeed:
Minimum Education Level: Master degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Analyzesthe business, evaluates competitive challenges, and identifies opportunitiesfor growth
- Buildsrelationships with business partners and key customers; makes recommendationsto Brand manager on yearly targets, as well as on counter/store site selectionand supports Brand manager in negotiations with business partners
- Spearheadsall procedures, forms, analysis, and reports critical to the execution ofmarketing plans
- Providesprograms to consumer groups as required, such as corporate services, communityorganizations, and professional trade associations
- Analyzesthe business, evaluates competitive challenges, and identifies opportunitiesfor growth
- Monitorsfield information and trends in markets, customers, products, prices, channelsand competition
- Maintainscompetitive library and is the main source of competitive documentation.Prepares market trend updates
- Ensuresthat Brand image and position are properly maintained in people and materials,in accordance with corporate standards
- RepresentsBrand in a professional and positive manner when interacting with staff,customers and business partners
- Monitorsfor appropriate implementation of Brand identity tools.
- Securesmedia placements with radio, television, newspapers, and magazines based onpress mailings, conferences and one-on-one presentations.
- Ensuresstrong execution of Brand marketing plans/calendars and major launches
- Overseesthe processes critical to the execution of marketing plans, i.e.: ProjectTurnovers, Creative
- Requests,Marketing Bulletins and Concept Proposals
- Managesmarketing activities associated with new door and market launches
