- Being part of Active Cosmetics Division - Pharmacy
Channel and directly reports to the Business Development Manager
- Responsible for providing consultancy service to
Pharmacists on digitalization, professionalization, merchandising and
category development
- Analyzing market data, competition and creates concrete
actions plans with sales team
- Managing annual sell-out budget according to company's
priorities and accounts' business objectives.
- Negotiating and monitoring key accounts' JBPs.
- Joining category management related customer meetings
with Business Development Manager and track field executions


- 4 years
university degree
- Minimum
3 years of experiences in category development and sales experience is a
- Experience
in pharmacy, OTC, or dermocosmetic industry
is an asset
- Knowledge
of skin care or personal care is a plus
- Excellent
communication skills in English
- Strong
analytical problem solving skills
- Ambitious,
confident and able to take initiative
- Advanced
level of MS Office Applications
- B class
driving license
