He is constantly committed with regular visits of all boutiques to develop the teams and to enlarge the local customer base by enhancing the quality of service.
Main Responsibilities
Business Management & Development
- Develop the turnover in Turkey, mainly through consolidation of the existing stores turnover but as well through boutique expansions and openings. Develop and implement retail strategies that drive business growth& brand awareness, enhance the overall customer experience.
- Oversee the day-to-day retail operations and ensure alignment with global standards in our boutiques in Turkey (retail and resorts).
- Significantly contributes to the definition of the yearly budget and commercial plan.
- Set budgets and targets for retail teams; monitor performance and ensure that actions are taken to achieve these objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that optimize profitability.
- Communicate feedbacks and requirements to the merchandising team.
- Ensure the recruitment, the development and retention of local clients.
- Build and implement the marketing plan in coordination with the Southern Europe clienteling team. Create partnerships with local institutions in the countries.
- Negotiate with landlords and other suppliers to achieve the best commercial terms possible.
- Monitor closely market trends, competitor activities and luxury market practices; provide regular and timely feedback.
- Ensure consistent and exceptional customer experience across all retail touchpoints.
Team Management
- Ensure the recruitment and the training of employees to meet with business objectives.
- Develop team members by following their development, by providing career paths, and by ensuring continuous coaching.
- Work on succession plans.
Operations
- Enforce sales policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory results.
Profil
Strong experience in P&L management
Experience of European countries market and Landlords
Brand awareness and brand empathy
Be able to successfully function in a decentralized management environment, covering several points of sales in the retail market and closely work with Paris HO
Digital savvy
Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work ethic
Superior education
English fluency
