Profile

- Bachelor's degree, preferably having a Master's Degree in Marketing
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Retail, FMCG and Beauty companies.
- Strong connected Product, PR, Digital and Retail experience.
- Extensive experience in 360 degree communication (ATL / BTL / PR & Digital & Social Media)
- Team player with the ability to work across a matrixed, fast paced and multicultural environment.
- Proficient in English is a requirement both writing and speaking
- Excellent managerial, professional, team management and soft skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the local brand vision through the full spectrum of marketing initiatives across all channels through the coordination and management of the team and its resources
- Develop strategic marketing, PR, Content, Social Networks, Influencer and media strategies and plans including press positioning, messaging, media relations strategies, creative collaboration strategies and high-impact buzz marketing programs and events for the respective market
- Collaborate with the Business Development team and counterparts to ensure 360 integrated omni channel campaigns for FOREO and partners and in defining overall market and channel strategies.
- Execution of new product launches to drive consumer engagement and strengthen brand exposure.
- In charge of overseeing all internal and external communications for the market, ensuring its messaging is consistent and engaging
- Managing marketing communications campaigns, making sure all teams are aligned
- Responsible for effective budgets management for all marketing related campaigns
- Responsible for received content alignment, but also to create and shape communication topics for the respective market
- Oversee local social media accounts management and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Maintain all internal tracking and reporting matrices that form the basis for cost, productivity and efficiency analysis
- Effectively collaborate with all marketing team members on the market
- Oversee and manage all projects affecting marketing, PR, SN, Influencer and media activities on the respective market
- Track employee performance, encourage positive employee morale, and to meet expected productivity standards
- Explore and offer team development and activities including workshops, education, trainings, knowledge sharing, team buildings inline with General Manager
- All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
