directly to the Media Manager and working closely with the marketing team and
agency. Precision Advertising Specialist
will be in charge of assisting all brands in their ramp up in Precision
Advertising: he / she will support Brands in defining their Precision
Advertising campaign strategy, will identify and ensure the diffusion of best
practices, challenge media agency when relevant, and pave the way for L'Oréal
to leverage the best partners and techniques through ongoing test & learn.

- Support Brands in defining
their Precision Advertising campaign strategy
- Overview the overall set-up of
campaigns journey cross-platforms (owned websites, Facebook channels, and
YouTube channels, ad tech platforms),
- Implementing Global guidelines
of Headquarter to local processes
- Developing Country guidelines
for digital campaign KPI's
- Periodic reporting and
analysis of our programmatic efforts
- Collaborating with digital
managers in order to ensure all global & local guidelines and know-how is
used to maximize the efficiency of programmatic investment
- Use analytics and other
possible tools & technology to track and understand the consumer experience
across all programmatic environment
- Min 5 years' experience in
digital marketing (min 2 years in programmatic/DSP experience is mandatory)
- Extensive, detailed knowledge
of digital advertising and programmatic advertising and Technologies
- Excellent leader and
strategist, who builds strong relationships horizontally, vertically, and both
internally and with external partners
- Ability to translate all
available data & consumer behaviors into business opportunities.
- Ability to effectively
translate strategic marketing objectives into engagement tactics
