DESCRIPTION:


Defines CRM roadmap to support brand equity and growth


Partners with brands, DCM and Retail & Commercial teams to define the consumer journey (triggers definition, marketing pressure, relational program, loyalty program,...) and establishes key KPIs to measure success, customer lifetime value, improve retention rate and campaign ROI and drive best-in-class analysis


Supports the development, increase, refinement (data quality) of the brand consumer database, as well as improving the repeat / retention levels for all brands


Manage, design and coordinate campaign and communication operation


Find, identify and decide the best set of customers for smart campaign targeting


Analyze and learn from data to always improve campaign results


Analyzes omnichannel performance to drive business strategy, profitability and future campaign investment


Partners with CI team to gather, analyze and present complex datasets across various platforms to provide key insights on consumer preference, define optimal consumer segments, campaign performance and market competition


Act as a key interface between the affiliate brand teams and the regional CRM / CI team to implement Global / Regional CRM / CI strategy in the affiliate


Share DCM and the Retail&CS teams to negotiate sharing of CRM data and insights with 3/PP & retailers


Partners with regional and local teams to deploy new CRM tools, methodologies and trains local teams to ensure adoption and to build CRM culture in the organization

Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing or marketing-related experience in retail, telecom or banking, preferably in cosmetics (in a similar or related industry)
  • CRM know-how and analytical experience is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills: the ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize; problem-solving abilities
  • Campaign management experience is plus
  • Experience calculating ROI and P&L, basing decisions on data analysis
  • Experience acting as a bridge between different functions (business, technical, finance, etc)
  • Creative/innovative thinking
