Key job accountabilities:

  • Define the short, mid and long-term best in class localised digital and social media marketing strategies and ensure it aligns to the needs of the wider marketing and business plans in more than 30 countries
  • Manage the social media agency to design an editorial of engaging digital content for local social media accounts in different countries
  • Oversee a strategic approach to the use of social media and provide relevant content for them; in partnership with the agencies
  • Tailor the Global Digital and Media strategies to the local characteristics
  • Support E-Commerce Operations by providing adapted content and ensuring best asset management
  • Execute influencer marketing projects in local markets
  • Work with local store merchandisers and ecommerce teams to develop cross-channel Digital marketing campaigns, identify and leverage digital opportunities to support global strategy.
  • Monitor internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve channel performance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (store merchandisers, ecommerce, local business teams), digital agencies and media partners
  • Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement
Your Profile:

  • Excellent understanding of Digital and Social Media Communication with 5 years of experience minimum.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and the overall digital landscape,
  • Excellent analytical and creative skills and ability to manage large amounts of internal and external stakeholders for the company.
  • Experienced in Digital media analysis.
  • Familiar with ecommerce ecosystem
  • Comfort and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Able to guide and motivate the Digital agencies spread across different countries and rally the support of colleagues to get things done
  • Problem-solver: face challenges head-on with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communicator: able to inform, consult and engage all levels across the organisation
  • Strategic thinker with the capacity to see the big picture but dig into the analytics and details when its needed to execute with brilliance
  • A natural desire to build and nurture great relationships across a range of stakeholders - both internally and externally, capacity to handle complex organizational structures
