Profile

- University degree
- Good command of English (Should be able to communicate with our teams in Zagreb)
- 2-5 years of experience in e-tailer and marketplace management (Trendyol, Amazon, N11, Hepsiburada)
- Should be able to quickly learn our ERP software & use it on a daily basis
- Excellent knowledge of marketplace admin panels
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Excellent professional and soft skills (Excel knowledge is a must)
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure online sales growth (As per target) for e-tailers & foreo.com
- Own and manage online e-tailer business, foreo.com and marketplaces to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Build and maintain relationships with our online partners
- Define and execute a yearly marketing plan for our online channels
- Establish retail online product assortment and merchandising strategy
- Develop and maintain marketing calendar and launch calendar for each retailer site
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns for e-tailers
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging on retail digital channels
- Maintain eCommerce content accuracy and quality by monitoring compliance and performance of digital content vs. defined standards and target. Identify gaps and work with the digital teams to optimize online presence.
- Negotiate and align joint marketing plans with e-tailers
- Support, coordinate and execute new e-tailer launches
- Make sure the performance is tracked: measuring and reporting ROI
- Analyse campaigns and their cost-effectiveness,
