We are looking for
a Group Product Manager for Garnier Brand under
our largest division Consumer Products to define the strategic orientations and
the long term marketing plan for the brand, monitor the portfolio (new
launches, pillar products' renewal and animation of core catalogue), own and
effectively drive the brand's strategy. GPM will report to the Marketing
Manager and will develop and manage a strong and talented team.
- Define and guide
the country brand strategy consistent with the international brand
positioning and the country's priorities to contribute to continued growth
of the brand
- Define the
strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio
priorities (new launches, pillar products reanimation)
- Steer the
collection and analysis of consumer and market insights
- Take ownership of
international launches and create the right angle to locally to build
integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences with the ultimate "beauty
tech" vision of the company.
- Lead the marketing
mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication
(imagery, digital, point of sales)
- Develop media and
promotion plans
- Manage the budget
(sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L,
- Mobilise other
departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to
develop a broader business strategy
- Define clear
messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the
preparation of meetings
- Build, develop and
manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and
- 4 years university
degree and excellent communication skills in English
- Min 6 years
of experience in marketing (with a focus on brand development
and execution in FMCG)
- Strong analytical
problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
- Digital savy
- Team player;
- Innovative,creative,
ambitious and able to take initiative
- High growth
mindset and results driven
- Having a market
and consumer insight in beauty industry, especially haircare is a plus
