- Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day inventory at the Affiliate
- Co-ordinate with Regional Supply Team for Inbound shipments and Alerts
- Co-ordination with Regional Hub for Supplies
- Safety stock reporting
- Participate in SIOP meetings with Brands and Affiliates
- Co-ordinate with Affiliate Demand Planning
- Co-ordinate with Finance Department for Inventory & inventory valuations
- Prepare monthly inventory reporting
- Co-ordinate stock transfer between plants and free standing stores
- Responsible for monitoring the availability of the launch materials and ensure launch alignment
- Organize monthly inventory review meetings with local and regional inventory team
- Responsible for the cycle counts of Online plant and Free Standing Stores
- Works with brands for reducing excess inventory
- Organize monthly Obsolescence review meetings


- College/university graduate
- Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, SAP
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cosmetics/fragrance business (in a similar or related industry)
