Job description
Purpose:
To ensure profitable market share and net sales growth with Region & Fashion Accounts in Market (name) while respecting the image of the adidas
To passionately lead the Region & Fashion organization in identifying, developing and implementing strategies for the profitable growth of the adidas brand

Key Responsibilities:
- To implement the Region & Fashion Accounts Excellence strategy
- To ensure the best possible Net Sales result by setting clear targets and action points;
constant tracking of results; analysis of risks & new business opportunities - To acquire new Fashıon customers
- To ensure the Fashion organization is applying available adidas standards and best practices in daily work
- To ensure all Fashıon customers are allocated to the correct segmentation
- To group fashion customers, set objectives, strategies, and tactics, allocate resources, and ensure translation into action plans respecting the framework set by the customer portfolio strategies
- To ensure a coordinated and efficient sell-in process, usage of sell-in tools, and the correct negotiation and implementation of trade terms
- To review, challenge, and sign Region & Fashion Accounts Fact Books and F-Strategic Account Plans
- To ensure execution of the fashion Customer satisfaction survey and track results
- To negotiate and enforce adidas trade terms
- To make store visits, ensure checklists are respected, store audits are conducted and train on VM, RSM re-order enforcement, POS etc.
- To measure progress on defined KPIs
- To monitor and report on customers' and competitors' sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions
- To ensure customer compliance with agreements
- To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance
- Key Relationship with Global: Centre of Excellence (CoE) Wholesale, Markets: Sport Style Lead, Originals Category Managers, Customer Service, Sales Coordination Lead
- University degree in business with a marketing and sales focus
- Minimum 2-3 years of Fashion experience within large sales organizations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
- Exposure: Fashion, sports lifestyle
- Fashion Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing Fashion in a large sales organization
- Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, relationship management, negotiation)
- Proven methodological skills (e.g. data analysis, business planning, trend forecasting)
- A high degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge
- Strong decision-making and determination
- Fluent in written and spoken local language and English is a must. Skills and abilities in other languages are an added plus
