Job description
- Following up the discounts, bonifications from customer
- Following the collections from the customer
- Customer account periodic reconciliation
- Negotiating payment plans with customers
- Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
- Improving and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal proceedings if necessary
Profile
- Ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to deal with problematic clients.
- Fluency in English is a must
