Employee Engagement
- Create and drive employee engagement initiatives in line with the brand philosophy and principles
- Develop, maintain, update and communicate the employee engagement calendar
- Drive the brand culture across all offices and locations through engagement at regional and local levels
- Ownership of the periodic HR communication
- Support Puma global in conducting global employee surveys etc. and also design and implement employee surveys at the country level
- Identify and drive external surveys which are in line with the brand's business and people philosophy
- Helps to prepare all HR procedures taking global and local allowance into considerationInduction and Onboarding
- Drive the induction and onboarding program for newcomers to ensure they fit in well and at all levels - culturally, socially and in terms of business needs
- Support the talent in completing all onboarding formalities as per the statutory requirements
- Keep employee files updated with proper documentation
- Develop and implement orientation programs for new starters at regular intervals
- Regular feedback sessions with newcomersHR Policies, Employee Safety, Welfare and Wellness
- Assist employees with company policies and procedures
- Explain benefits and entitlements and take periodic sessions to disseminate information in case there are any statutory changes
- Coordinate employee exit process - organize exit interviews and exit documentation, coordinate retention talks with managers if required
- Maintain the Organisation structure file and keep it updated. Disseminate as required
- Have an updated repository of JD's for all roles in the organization along with measurable performance indicators for each role
- Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
- University degree
- Preferably HRM degree and/or proven experience
- Excellent English knowledge
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in HR department with a similar job description is required. (preferably in the footwear/apparel industry).
- Expert experience performance management
- Proven HR Generalist experience
- Strong personal skills and strong communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Workday experience
- Strong IT skills
- Payroll experience
- Ability and willingness to work with diverse workforce, intercultural understanding
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Service-oriented and open personality
- Ability to work well under pressure, to handle a variety of tasks at the same time. Must be flexible and comfortable managing multiple priorities, making quick decisions
- Be a Team Player
- Results oriented
- Ability to work independently

Profile
