What you'll be doing:
- As the Turkey responsible for Avon Digital tools, he/she is the contact point of the projects, working in harmony with other global and local similar roles to learn and share best practices.
- Works closely with sales, after-sales, activation, IT, UAT, product and project leaders to develop the entire journey on the subject.
- Leads all relevant work within the company to improve representative experience and satisfaction, and increase digital tool diffusion and use,
- Regularly monitors data quality and reports, monitors the adoption rate of related tools, the number of users, determines KPIs related to them, and tracks targets.
- Ensures that trainings on tools are regularly prepared to improve the user experience and that these trainings are shared with all Sales teams,
- Works in collaboration with Communication and Training teams to introduce digital tools to the field team and ensure their adoption,
- Understands the needs of the field team with regular field visits and surveys, determines and implements the best communication way to receive regular feedback from field teams in terms of the functionality of the relevant tools and user experience

- Bachelor, Master or comparable degree preferable or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Analytical skills with demonstrated ability for problem solving
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Fluent at written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, independent thinker
