- Responsible for the general ledger month-end closing process
- Prepare monthly VAT, WHT, Provisional Tax Return, Stamp Tax submissions and coordinate monthly submission calenda
- Perform monthly costing and PPV analysis
- Review and approve reconciliations,
- Review accounting processes to improve efficiencies,
- Coordinate and assist internal and external audits,
- Control daily accounting activities; issues E-Invoice and E-Archive Invoices
- Follow the changes made in general legislation such as accounting legislation, tax legislation, commercial law, labor law, social security law,custom law and to ensure compliance within the company
- Support import process with Inside Supply Chain Department
- Lead development and optimizing accounting & finance processes
- Supervise and coach team members

- Graduated from related departments of universities
- Min 6-8 years of accounting experience; at least 3 years in a multinational company,
- Fluency in English is a must
- SAP is must
- Good at using MS Office programs
- Customs, import & export process knowledge is a plus,
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
- Business oriented and good at details
- Highly motivated to follow and apply technological/digital improvements on process
