JOB DESCRIPTION: Drives the consumer calendar and marketing plan into a detailed animation and promotional plan by Retailer Builds a detailed animation and promotional calendar by Retailer, including product launches and special events; iterates with Key Account Managers Updates planograms by Retailer and door type Plans and monitors budget for promotional (e.g. GWPs) and Visual Merchandising material (e.g. glorifiers) Proactively reports to product marketing / DP team changes that might impact demand and forecast (Planogram changes, assortment changes, gondola,) Obtain assets and content from EMEA and partnering with RDDC localize when necessary, building on expertise and feedback from energy centers Builds trade marketing plan and monitors execution by Corporate Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Define brand trade marketing plan per customer according to customer's trade marketing strategy and communicate to stakeholders. Shares promotional calendars and requirements with the Corporate Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising team. Brief VM on assets needed, overall visual and campaign purpose and overall budget Validate budgets. Monitor's execution (timing, quality, cost) Manage and implement events across channels by sharing feedback with EMEA on assets (gaps,) Evaluation on the event execution (national events) Allocation of non saleable Report monthly on A&P spend Supports Key Account Managers and E-KAMs in preparing Retailer and retailer.com discussions, in particular regarding the promotional calendar and the Trade and Visual Merchandising execution Keeps aware of Retailer expectations and opportunities Collects feedback from Sales Executives on the quality of the Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising execution Contributes to Retailer discussion material preparation & organize and run brand presentation for retailers Understands competitive landscape and trends in markets and competition, informs brand and commercial team on competition activity to develop mitigation plan Monitor the achievement of the commercial plan Drives innovation and continuous improvement on Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising for the brand Measures performance of Trade Marketing actions and strives for spend optimization Works closely with Corporate Visual Merchandising to benefit from latest best practices, in particular on Connectivity and Digital capability integration Q

Profile
