Liaise with official institutions in line with labour law and related regulations. Handle legal notifications and ensure timely and accurate submissions. Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. Foster employee engagement by supporting initiatives that enhance workplace culture. Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and succession planning. Support performance management cycles and employee development programs. Lead and enable company-wide social responsibility and community engagement projects. Your profile: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP capacity. Strong knowledge of labour law and HR practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken). We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units in Turkey and the East Mediterranean region. This role is essential in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and culture ,labor regulations. Support business leaders by aligning HR practices with operational goals. Lead key HR processes: performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. Provide advice on employee relations, labor law, and company policies in Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus. Use HR data (e.g. turnover, productivity, engagement) to identify issues and suggest solutions. Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Retail Managers on recruitment and onboarding. Collaborate closely with the HR Director to conduct training needs analyses, design development plans, and actively contribute to projects that strengthen employee capabilities. Support change processes during business growth, ensuring good communication and team alignment. Contribute to projects that improve employee motivation, satisfaction, and work environment.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG Strong understanding of employment laws in Turkey and the East Mediterranean Experience in employee relations and supporting line managers Ability to work with HR data to support decisions Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment Coaching or people development experience
