Role Purpose
As Head of IT, you will be responsible for defining and executing HBTR's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives, global IT governance, and HUGO BOSS values. You will lead multiple IT teams, ensure secure and high-performing IT operations, act as a strategic business partner to senior management and a digital transformation leader - driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Lead all IT teams in line with HUGO BOSS values, leadership principles, and corporate policies. Translate HBAG and HBTR vision, mission, and strategic priorities into a clear and actionable IT roadmap. Act as an employer representative by ensuring legal, ethical, and corporate responsibilities in leadership approach, decision-making, and daily operations. Contribute to company-wide objectives through a holistic, collaborative, and business-oriented mindset. Ensure IT governance, management systems, and internal procedures are consistently applied and continuously improved. IT Strategy, Operations & Infrastructure
Oversee all information systems, applications, infrastructure, and digital platforms within HBTR. Ensure continuity, security, performance, and efficient use of in-house and third-party systems. Keep IT infrastructure current, secure, and future-ready by tracking and implementing relevant technologies. Ensure data security, data accuracy, and information integrity across all systems. Coordinate and ensure alignment with HBAG IT and global IT stakeholders. Proactively identify operational, technical, and security risks and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are taken. People & Talent Leadership
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT organization with a culture of trust, inclusion, accountability, and collaboration. Ensure performance management, feedback mechanisms are conducted fairly, in compliance with legal requirements and employee experience principles. Ensure recruitment, rotation, compensation, and promotion decisions are made in line with company values and inclusivity principles. Ensure performance, competency, and potential assessments are conducted in accordance with Talent Management guidelines. Develop succession plans and future capability scenarios for critical IT roles. Strategically plan employee development, engagement, and retention initiatives. Performance Management & Reporting
Define department KPIs and OKRs aligned with company strategy. Ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting of IT performance, risks, and outcomes. Analyze performance data and proactively drive corrective and improvement actions. Profiliniz:
What You Bring
Strong leadership experience in IT management within international industrial environments. Proven ability to define and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives and lead digital transformation. Solid background in IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and information security. Solid background in leading data analytics and AI driven projects. Strong people leadership capabilities with a focus on trust, engagement, performance and development. Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership.
